What is the shipping policy?

Sensori products are hand poured in small batches, so please allow up to one week for processing. Orders are shipped via USPS Standard Delivery with arrival in 3-5 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipment notification with your USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only offer domestic shipping within the United States.

What is your return policy?

We are not able to accept returns or changes to orders once submitted. Please review that all shipping information is correct before proceeding with checkout.

What if my item was received damage or incorrect?

Order arrived damaged or received the wrong scent? We're sorry for the inconvenience and are here to help! Please reach out to sensoriaroma@gmail.com for immediate assistance on how to receive a replacement.
